Confrontation at Six Flags.

So yesterday my family (Me, my mother, my sister, her husband, my niece and nephew and their friend) had nothing better to do so since we're all season pass holders we decided to go to Great Adventures. And for the most part it was a good day. The only ride we had to wait for was the Log Flume, not too crowded, got to all the shows just as they were starting, the perfect amusement park day.

Then around 6 PM, we made our way to The Looney Tunes Seaport to let the kids do a few rides before we hit one last show and got ready to go home. So as me and my brother in law put the carriage away, my mother took my 2 1/2 year old nephew to get on line for the Porky Pig Baloon ride. My niece and her friend ran to go on another ride so Mario followed them, and as I went to join my mother I heard an argument. When I turned the corner I saw this spanish guy standing over my mother while she was holding my nephew screaming in her face. The 2 things you don't fuck with in my life are my mother and my nephew and if you are stupid enough to try to do something to the two of them together, you better be armed or have really good insurance because I will hurt you. So as I walk up I get between this asshole and my mother and ask what happened as this guy kept screaming. Apparently this guys daughter was standing off to the side of the line and as the gate opened she pushed her way on, someone saw this and made a comment, and my mother (Being herself) spoke up loudly and said that the girl cut. Then Mr. Macho decided that he was going to bully a bunch of mothers (None more then 5'3") and children and started screaming. So first I say to him that being at the fence doesn't mean you're online and that 13 other people probably wouldn't be lieing about what happened. Then he got in my face and started yelling at me in spanish. So I lean over him and tell him I don't speak spanish and if he wants to make a point speak english or shut the hell up.

We scream back and forth a couple more times and then I just turn my back on him, face my mother and continue to wait for the ride. All of the mothers seem relieved until I hear this piece of shit mutter Motecone(sp?) under his breath. So I ask him if he really is that big of a scumbag. He played stupid until I ask him if it made him feel better that he called me names when he thought I couldn't understand him. Then he said "I thought you didn't understand spanish. What did I say?" I said that I'm from the Bronx and you know these kind of things. Then as I stepped towards him I told him I could speak English and have him not understand a word. "So allow me to pontificate as I deliberate the ramifications of me inserting an apendage in your anus"(Mind you I speak much more gooder then I type and spell). I got a few laughs from the ladies in line (which is always a plus) as this douchebag's family pulls him away as they realize that I'm about to hurt him. As my mother, nephew, and their friend went on the ride, I appologized to the mothers and the girl who was running the ride, and she thanked me because they aren't allowed to fight with the guest. And for the next 20 minutes that we were in the Seaport this guy eyes me like I killed his puppy.

This bothered me the whole night and I just needed to vent. So I thank you.

Do people in NJ realize that every new ride at Great Adventure is just a crappy version of the same ride that came out in Great America(in Chicago) 3 years earlier. Great America is so much better than G. Adventure...is there anyone from chi that can relate to me

They are the same rides. Six flags has always done that. And how are they crappy versions? They use the same plans to build the same rides. I think they have the Medusa coaster in 4 of their parks and Superman:The Escape is in 2 parks. It's just what they do.
