Lights out Party?

I've been listening to R&F since they came to NY but i keep missing what this lights out party is all about. They dont promote it that much or at all sometimes. Can someone help me out on this. I have an idea but i just want to be sure. Is it open for everyone?

anyway it started one night when the building's power went out they were doing something official and so everyone lit candles and drank and played naked twister..or something..hehe

so yeah now when we do have VIP stuff after the friday's shows we turn off the lights in the office and turn on the "mood" green lights and drink (not me of course, the underage thing for another 2 months..w00tw00t) and make fun of al and just enjoy the incredible people that we've had the pleasure of spending time with
