First it was Stalker Patty, and Stalker Patty on O&A alone was more than enough...now that goddamn little O&A Gary is on with his useless Spy Reports and his little black heart full of hate. It's one thing for some idiot middleaged caller to call Al a "faggot" with all that spite and hate, but when it's some little kid, JESUS, why doesn't someone just smack the shit out of him? It's just fucked up to hear some little kid THAT angry. Let's just leave it with "he stinks and I don't like him."

Am I the only one sensing some hostility from O&A towards R&F? After listening to both shows for the past week, I'm kind of getting the vibe that they weren't pleased with Ron and Fez for having Stalker Patty, amongst other O&A regulars, on their show. When they were getting rid of Patty the other day, Opie made a comment about how Willie Mays should never have played for the Mets. Neither Opie, nor Anthony have been on R&F for a while. Is there some animosity there, or do I just have an overactive imagination?

I'll quote Al here, "I'm the gay guy on broadway"

Ooopppss wrong quote. I meant to use this Al quote, "Stop analyzing everything you hear out of your radio"

Bah, analyzing, shmanalyzing, I just can't stand that damn kid. Or that crazy stalker. Bad enough they were all over one show, now they're a running theme on WNEW...

Just when they needed someone to step up, be a man, and put Al in his place, Gary was that man. And he's 12.

its your imagination.

just two weeks ago O&A were at the big ass night of fights.

and during the D+M feud last week, O&A both reiterated their love for the boys

Gay Randy was a Radio Chick refugee, as well as an O&A castoff...it just seems like there's a natural progression to R&F. Hell, half this message board were OA.commers at one time, and Clare was even featured on an O&A show...I just generally don't see a problem with it, it goes to show that the audience of O&A and R&F have crossover fans, which is a good thing.

now that goddamn little O&A Gary is on with his useless Spy Reports

If TV has taught us anything, it's that as soon as Gary hits puberty he will lose his "cuteness" and will be replaced by another child.

You are kidding, right? These "castoffs" you are talking about provide some of the best bits on the R&F show. C'mon "Bald Cabaret" it doesn;t get any better. What if there were no Paul-O/Sandy Kane crossover would we be better off. I think not.
Let's leave the programming decisions to
Ron and Fez.
as an aside.... O&A never pass up a chance to say good things about R&F. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

It works both ways. Anyone remember Melissa? (not sweet melissa, ,spokesbabe Melissa). R and F were the 1st to "discover" her as an on air draw. Then one day she was "Melissa from O and A". I wonder what ever happend to her? God she was a hottie. Anyway...uh..what was I saying?...

Hey, I'm not saying people can't be on both shows, when I say "cast-off", I mean the people that really don't seem to be a part of O&A anymore and are now on R&F AND are just plain awful. Gary, Stalker Patty, and apparently Gay Randy all fit that bill for me. Gary's a one-note punk, Patty's just Patty, and Randy has forced me to horrifically admit that Al was right; Randy's just boring. I think it's very cool that the two shows interact, I just wish the characters that were bad enough on O&A didn't get a second life on R&F...

Gary is 12

Gay Randy was on O&A like 2 times. He's a Radio Chick Character.

Patty is just a glutton for punishment.

Gary can be 12, 8, 14, 11, 45, whatever, a punk is a punk is a punk. Somebody said Randy was originally an O&A "bit", I don't know, whatever way, he's a punk and a half. Patty's just a poor, poor soul who is unfortunately annoying as hell.

I'm probably sounding like Dukes, "picking" on a 12-year-old kid, but I'm sorry, when I was that age, THAT was the kid I always got into fights with....the spoiled little kid who just wouldn't shut up about EVERYTHING. Can't explain it, just like someone scratching 18,000 pieces of chalk against twice as many blackboards.

I wonder what ever happend to her? God she was a hottie.

She's now "Melissa St. Jude", and she last appeared at the O&A Bikini/Celebrity/Trainwreck Softball game.

When shows feud, people complain. When shows have crossovers, people complain. When shows do well, people complain. When shows do poorly, people complain.

Do i detect an ongoing theme here?

Theres absolutely nothing worng with sharing. the shows share their beers, pot, guests, stalkers, crack, show hosts. WHY must everyone complain? deal with it, for all we know none of this is real.

Lets put it this way, RnF and OnA are on the same station for a reason. they run the exact same format. I LOVE that format and i apreciate it. but these shows are identical to the core, including character bases. Now they each have their own quirks, but were the flintstones and the honey mooners synonamous, inspector gadget and get smart?? i am not implying one ripped off the otehr. they developed in different market and were brough together to compliment one another. its the point of WNEW <P>

In keeping with the apparent "no-whining/no opinion" motif, I submit the following: The Ron & Fez show is nether doing well NOR poorly in terms of on-air characters. Please, resume your daily business.

Oh, here's a secret. A "real" or "fake" on-air personality is still an on-air personality. Sorry for any bubbles bursted.
