o&a's 21k (pocket changge for infinit) is for playing the baby raper song, doing "teen what's in my pants", and possibly something involving the olsen twins. there were all based on listener complaints.

if o&a got fined every time they made a reference to sex with a minor or incest they'd be fined every day, this is just further proof of the FCC's ineptness
