Well isn't it obvious? They had a pool going at a bar I was at, and of course, I picked his name out of the bucket. I should have called Bob Baffert right then and there to tell him his horse wouldn't win the Triple Crown.

Hell, I'm surprised the horse finished the race at all with my jinx on him. Did you see that little stumble just out of the gate? That's the magic of having Wilee pick you in a race. Maybe I'll bet on the Lakers to win the NBA finals?
