Why are my posts getting cut off?

Whenver I get a long post going, which is quite frequently as you will soon see, it gets cutoff. It appears okay on the preview screen, but when I post it, it's only half as long as I want. This means that it is also only half as funny, witty, thought provoking, or just all around brilliant as I intend. Is this an insidious plot by jealous mods to censor me and attempt to stem the flow of my genius? I await the answer.

Don't use the reply button on the preview screen, it messes up some messages.
