Yeah, I know I just posted awhile ago, but also,
lately Ive been SUPER agressive. Saying whatever I
feel like saying, telling people I dont like to fuck off
(I can curse here right? That didnt change??) and
yeah so on.. just being really agressive.

Your anger and aggression is coming from somewhere. What we'll have to try to do is see if we can go backwards from the knowledge of what the result of the anger is to try to find what causes the anger. It may be an amalgam of several things. There might not be an easy solution. But it is essential to address it and try to focus on the REAL problem instead of how it is expressed.
