Who do you think is the hottest cartoon? (AND NO HENTIA) that stuff doesnt count. Mine will have to be Helga's sister - Olga from Hey Arnold.

The obvious one is Jessica Rabbit, but I was always partial to Rogue on the X-Men cartoon. Yummy.

Well,of all time HAS to be Fey Valentine off of Cowboy Bebop. But you EXPRESSLY asked for NO Hentia, and I guess all that Japanese stuff counts. Right?

So second would have to be comic book chicks, like Rogue and Storm. I always thought Jubilee, after she was older, and was in her own failed X-men spin-off team was hot. But I think the all time HOTTEST comic book chick is Katherine Pryde, or Shadow Cat to the Un-geeked.

She is pretty damn hot. I wouldn't count that as hentai just because it's a Japanese animated show. Hentai's something totally different (although the term is generally applied to a subgenre of anime).

If you want some Faye Valentine hentai, though, I could, ahem, point out a few doujinshi for you.
