i need some help with this ticket. this morning i was driving my bro to work. i was doing about 65-70 on the PIP in moderate traffic when my bro says "there's a statey ahead" so i slow down to 55 or so. before i even get to the statey, he pulls out with his lights on (far enough in front of me that i thought there was no way he would be after me), waits for me to pass, then pulls me over.
He tells me that i was going 81! I asked him if he was using radar or laser. He said radar, then when he quickly said that he uses both.
There is no way i was going 81! and how could he have even have clocked me in traffic if he was that far ahead of me? with radar there would have been cars in the way, and with laser there would have been no angle for him to pin point my speed from Point a to Point b. Just the fact that he pulled out so far ahead of me shows how eager he was to give someone a ticket. My brother will back everything that i say
Is my logic sound here? does anyone else have any ideas? i've never fought a ticket beofre and i need help because i can't afford the fine or the points :(
