Anyone else having a problem with the board?

First I want to say I have a funny feeling this will loocked, but Im taking a risk.

Alot of the times before I login, I have to hit the refresh button to get the most recent threads. I keep getting old ones from the 10th of this month. Second I dont know if the Mods know about this but the "test your SIG part 2" thread is broken. I can read the posts but when I try I get some wacky internet lingo error message

Ive been getting the Lulu message here and there, like when you preview a post and them try to post it thereafter it happens. I have also noticed that clearing out the cookies helps a lot.. The value of the attribute to, which is currently "RonFez Lulu@aol.com", is invalid...

The only problem I've been having, is that when I log in, it still shows posts marked as "new" even days after I've read them, or even the same day. Perhaps I logged in at 7 pm, and then logged out at 8...When I log back on at around 10 pm, 2 hours later, it will still say "New messages since your last visit on Mon, Jun. 16, 2002 @ 1:00 PM. ".

I'm not saying it can't be a problem with my cookies, but I never had that happen before.

ok heres what I did and it stoped the problem, DELETE all your temporary internet files and cookies. I had over 40,000 files there!

I've been having this problem with the board where whenever I log on as erole the screen goes blank. Then I get a set of options like Chess and Global Thermo Nuclear War. What the hell? And then that RF.net music turns into "Twist and Shout" with this horse naying in the background talking about sex in the city or something. You mods have to fix that.
