They've already reviewed the script for the film over at Aint It Cool News. There's supposed to be a few cameos, one of them being Nightcrawler in the beginning (he's mind-controlled and tries to kill the President).

From what I understand, Alan Cumming has been tapped to play Nightcrawler, not bad choice IMHO. Also, rumors are flying that Hawk from Tough Enough2 at least audtioned for the role of Collossus(sp?) Supposedly he appears in a scene where the military is attacking the mansion and Wolvie has been left to defend it. He is shown protecting some of the younger students at the school.

And another thing. Although he isn't supposed to be in X2, do you think Dennis Miller would be a good choice for Beast. Put him in Jim Carrey/Grinch type makeup and I think he would be a good fit.

I also see that Kitty Pryde is going to be in the movie. That's cool, she was in the first one if i'm remebering correctly for a short time. She was the little girl that walked threw the wall.

not a rumor. came out of his mouth during the reunion special last week.

Kitty is being played by a different actress this time, as is Colossus. (Piotr had a cameo when they panned the school grounds. He was the guy by the pond with the pad)

X2: An official release has been sent out to various casting agencies with a short synopsis: "The X-Men reunite again as Magneto breaks from jail, and Henry Gyrich is revealed to be alive working with Military Officer Agent Stryker to build Sentinels. The X-Men also recruit 2 new team members, Gambit and Nightcrawler".

Interesting stuff.

i want Apocalypse as the bad guy with Mr Sinister as another one. Think about it they could use Sinister as the creator of magneto's machine in the first one

bring on matt damon as gambit, michael jai white i think (that guy from spawn) as beast and find a young upstart to play psylocke. mix it up a bit bring back sabretoothe only not that crappy kind of guy in the first one. make him more intelligent actually having more than 3 sentences and have wolvie call him creed and make sure sabretooth calls wolvie runt and explore their past history 2gether. and this seems kinda gay but if it can be done right i think it'll be great. HAve gambit and storm develop a relatioship only because they made rogue too young to be romantic with the cajun.
