i get in these depressed funks

every once in a while i get in these weird depressed funks where i get really upset at the littlest things and just get really depressed...my already low self esteem and self worth multiplies by 100 and i just sit in my room not wanting to do anything but sit on my ass
id go out and do something but all my friends are usually busy and i am scared of being alone

I can't help you, but I get like that too AngelAmy. So you;re not alone, if that's worth anything. I usually find it's not. But the Horde King just gave me a lot to think about with my nightmare problem, so I'm sure he can help you. He's very wise.

One thing I can tell you that I do is to occupy my time with ANYTHING, so that you're not just sitting around, mulling over the same thoughts all night.

Or just go out for NO REASON if it gets REALLY bad. Even if you have NO $$, just try to make sure you have gas $, and go to like Borders or something. Look at some books, or go get a cheap burger at a drive thru. It breaks up the night.

I personally have like a million video games around to help me pass the time. I've got my GBA, Gamecube, Playstation, Original gameboy games, and my old Nintendo and SuperNintendo to play. I NEED them all some nights.

it happens to me, too. i think it's called life.

my psychologist has helped me with these funks, though, and i've been doing pretty well with the exception of an issue or two that i just need to get over .
