Jeffry Wright (Basquiat, Ride With the Devil, Shaft, Boycott) is probably the best little-known actor around.
Gary Oldman, except for some of the big-budget Hollywood stinkers he's done in the last few years.
Ray Winstone (Sexy Beast) is primarily a British-based actor, but two roles blew me away: The War Zone, Tim Roth's directoral debut, and Nil By Mouth, Gary Oldman's directoral debut. He plays two different types of scumbag dads in the movies, and does an amazing job of humanizing the characters.
For old-school I'm big on Sidney Poitier, Robert Michum, and Orson Welles and Peter Lorre.
Benicio Del Toro.
Walken.

Bruce Campbell.
No, really.
He's not DeNiro, but I love him in every single thing that he's in. How many actors can you say that about?

Bruce Campbell.
Amen to that. His cameo's in Darkman & Fargo were priceless.
For me it's Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart, Richard Widmark, Robert Ryan, and Robert Shaw.
Jeers to me, Nerts on you!
