View Full Version : .. My Dog, Sam, is Missing...
Sorry guys, but I am VERY upset , overtired and angry. My sweet, lovable dog, Sam, has been gone for about three days now. THREE! Oh no.
The woman who was looking after Sammy while I moved ( this woman came highly recommended, too.. GAWD!! ), let her off her leash in some park, and now she is gone. That is unlike Sam, to even take off like that ..
All I am doing is driving around looking for her... I have notified everyone, and done just about all I can..This is so awful.
She must be so confused, frightened and hungry...Oh, dear. I am scared for her.
I needed to vent a bit. thanks, guys.

does sam have a collar on? if so he'll be picked up soon enough i'm sure. *hugs* it'll be ok. the animal control people are very busy this time of year. this is when all the litters are born and the feralans just take over the woods.
Just keep checking your local shelters, sweetie :)

How about a pic or descrip? And general location of this park. Issue an R and F A.P.B --we'll find her!! Also..ck your local police/fire station. Alot of times, people will find doggies and drop em off at the stations , and we hang on to em for a while until we can bring em to the aspca. Good luck sweetness.

Elle Quinn,
I'm sorry to hear that Sam is
missing. I'd put up posters near
the park where she was last
seen. Also, check the
newspapers to see if anyone has
picked her up and put a notice in
the paper and check the local
animal shelters. I hope that you
find her soon.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know Sam will return really soon, with a big smile and a cold wet nose.

Elle, I am SO sorry to hear about your dog! I know you must be worried sick. **hugs** Put up posters! People (especially animal lovers) do respond to them. Heck, I'm still getting calls about Otis and he's been back for 3 weeks now!
I'll send you and Sammy good thoughts.

Tsk, tsk, Sheepy. Did you learn NO lessons from my Otis Spunkmeyer debacle? Still, if Otis was lost concurrently, he could hook up with Sam and make an incredible journey to Nebraska or somesuch. Of course, they always do that in threes.. so they'd need to meet a monkey or a squid or something. Seriously, when I was a kid and had a dog, it would bolt out of the open door every once in a while, but always came back. I'm sure you'll find your dog, Elle.

If all else fails, we'll buy you a new puppy, just like when Michelle killed her goldfish by pouring bubble bath in the bowl on Full House. See, to keep their precious Lenny-like retard murderer from feeling remorse for her heinous killing spree, they replaced the goldfish, and, in fact, bought a CABINET full of goldfish, apparently to coddle her stupidity (or bloodlust?), which, undoubtedly, starved to death, uncared for, since we never saw them in that cabinet again. I guess the lesson is that life is only precious until you can replace it.
But Sam can never be replaced! Go to pets911.com and post a pc, or a description, it's a site for pets lost in the tristate area that alerts all pounds and shelters about the missing dog. And don't be like Michelle and kill a goldfish to watch it die.

..Thank you for all the support and suggestions, Guys.. ( and the laughs )
Yes, Posters are up, Web sites have Sam's description ( a friend did that for me ), and the Police, Shelters, and Veterinarians all know..
Still, no word. :- (

Pootertoot, How dare you use this lost dog as an excuse to spew your Full House hate. Michelle learned a lesson that day, and it was an important one. Whenever you try to do a good thing, you have to still think of the consequences.she learned that, and was a better person for it. Did you ever see Comet die? No, he was there till the end, when Michelle fell off that horse and got amnesia. So maybe you should rethink your whole Michelle is a violent killer angle.
Even if the fish were killed, I would suspect Joey more than Michelle. Maybe he decided to "Cut...them...out" from the picture in order for the family to pay more attention to his(and Jessies) new afternoon radio show Rush Hour Renegades.
And anyway, if you consider her a killer, you might as well do the same for Arnold from Different Strokes, b/c he was did the same thing to Abraham.
But anyway, I hope you find your dog Elle Quinn.if I were you Id be incredibly angry and the lady who lost her. I hope she comes back, and I'll try to put word out on the street with my dog contacts to keep an eye out. Don't give up hope.
