I know this is asking alot but can SOMEONE please point out which sites dont require knowledge of HTML and all you really have to do is point and click to make a simple chessey looking website to host SIGs. I think I signed up for like 8 different sites that looked like they had premade pages and templates but I was wrong with all of them!
