I mean i was down in ocean city , nj on the 4th and on the boardwalk people were like making out ...even on my drive back to philly that night no matter where i was people were making out...it wasn't un comfortable but i know alot of people who soooo don't dig PDA...i know it is definately gross when you are in the MALL or a resturant and you see people doing that crap...yucky....but other than that i am fine with it...ANY THOUGHTS?

I'd say, anything that would be termed sexual touching, or simulated sex, an exposed sexual oriented body part...etc. Also, oddly enuff, as soon as a complainant feels harrassed by viewing the act. In nyc, u cud get summonsed for Disorderly conduct. If youre having full out sex, you could also be cited for certain health code violations which dont immediately come to mind right now. If u refuse to let the cop join in, you might get shot...unless u have a pba card.
