well, the event was a lot of fun and too bad it had to come to an end. in game one GVAC cracked a 3 run shot in the 1st inning, and a USA Chant broke out. After that everything is fuzzy. ANYWHO. . . Al dukes Fan is offically Embassator to the Newbies. He is sent to first see who the new folks are, which were me and GrimSanity. Even though i met him at the Hooters Birthday Bash for AG. and what i learned is . . . At ronfez.net events there is plenty of booze but no first aid kits.

If anyone has anything to add, feel free to do so.

More stuff that I learned at the soft6ball game. 
1. Baseball gloves make it more serious 
2. At a ronfez.net get together there has to be atleast 8 coolers with every beer known to man. 
3. At a ronfez.net everyone is 21 
4. And last but not least todd & inkkky need to get a Fing room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, I wanted to say, so that was you Todd?!? How come you didn't talk to me? Next time bro.

Anyway, what did I learn...

Nothing much except that being the lone umpire for both games blows (where were you Jeff?), but I had a blast.
Hey Red Beer Wench, where's my water? I'm still waiting.:)
Angel Amy messed up my nice white socks by kicking dirt on me quite a few times. I'll send you the laundry bill. Didn't I try to throw you out a few times? Guess it didn't work, lol.
Being an umpire does have its advantages (during one of the games, a female member of one of the teams did not touch second base so I called her out, she WOWed me and I reversed the decision. Yeah, I was impartial. Thank you very much Sil...) ;)
Hosp hit better than he did in little league, 3 for 3 right?
Dan from Hoboken had 6 K's in the first game if I rmember correctly! Amazing Dan!
The outfield play was... umm, errr... "I plead a Furhman."
There was a heavy stench of ball sweat near me at first base, lol.
Pants "pulled an Al Dukes" in the first game yet made a sensational catch to clinch the victory in the second game, final score 23-22!

Never go AIM when you are in a board event! You will get lambasted like I did!
Too much food/generosity by the board = more for the bums.
Little Lenay taught me a cool game of ice, throw, chew and spit! ZOINKS! Oh yeah, Lil Lenay thanks for letting me play with Fluffy in the car. I needed a lil company. YOU ROCK just as hard as your parents!
Also it was great to hang with the peeps I know and finally meet more of the crew like JustJon, Jennitalia, Romeo, Powerdump5000, Crippler, fiestgal, Rev, Swiss Miss and her sister, Silera, Pointer and the other cool people (sorry I forgot some names).
Checking the back of ppl's RF.Net shirts are a cool ice breaker.... "Ummm... so you are..."
Sexy Bastard wasn't too drunk, I could be wrong. He also was a bloody mess.
Damn I didn't get a chance to say hi to Frenchie, boo hoo, lol
Where was Rooster? I wanted to meet him most of all.

What I learned....
1- I learned that this was a great idea....we cold not get our names wrong this time...(RIGHT Alice????)
2-Shelle Bink's babysitting service is right around the corner.
3-That the board needs someone who works for an EMT squad for future games.
4- That EffMe did a GREAT job with the field.
5-That Helen who cooked EVERYTHING at this BBQ should get recognition.
6- That I need more batting practice.
7- That every time we get together we leave the DRAMA at home and we always have a great time.
8-- That you CAN have too much meat but never enough alcohol.
9--The Furie,Zathrus, Mira, Arienette, and Erole amoung others were missed by me and I am sure by others.
10- That a kiss by frenchie makes you ENERGETIC! (just on the cheek you rumor mongers! lol)
11-I was very glad to meet the ones did not see in previous gatherings. (Hiya fiesty!)
12-CZM is a hot dog addict!!! (12 step big guy!)
13-- That this board ROCKS and I am happy to be a member of this family! (wipes a tear from his eye)

Ok here is what I learned:
1. The sexy shuffle helped me go 4 for 6 yesterday
2. Dont give inky my camera since she was getting drunk
3. when you are rounding third and the throw goes home and you have the choice to slide back into third and be safe or go toward a bikini clad silera as a catcher... would next time choose the catcher
4 If your not used to batting lefty dont or you might hit your head with the bat
5. NEVER EVER FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SLIDE INTO CZM AT SECOND BASE
6. Got to get ems for next game
7. Hosp was late for the game Cause i think he walked all the way to the game
8. When you go to the mens room bathroom bring a camera, thanks silera for that kodak moment
9. Lenay with her ice attacks really helps with sunburn
10. and last but not least I still have no idea how to upload my pics to my website

I had a blast and it was great hanging with everyone.

* exiting early on the parkway will only get you to Elizabeth NJ.
* there are several Jeff Buckley fans on the board.
* bushes were closer than bathrooms(and more convenient, lol).
* at a ronfez.net event, everyone is 21.
* Hearing Lenay sing "get your balls out" in person is WAY funny.
* noone seems to like Rick from O&A.
* never try opening a bottle with a lighter unless you know what your doing.
* I can easily dunk Lenay upsidedown in the beer cooler, but 42nd delay, I cannot!
* dump icewater down FrenchBread Pizza's back, and she'll WOW you!
* There's always room for Jello shots!
* I have "rock star" nails?!
* inkgrrrl is really skingrrrl. (god, i hope that sticks, muahahaha!!!)
* the bums in that park will be eating great for the next month.

I learned that I am not as athletic as I thought. I just got home from the hopital with my jaw wired shut. (Jamesdiggy, my lawyer will be in contact with you soon). I had a blast though. I learned yesterday that how lucky we all are, to be able to bring so many people together, from so many different backgrounds and cultures, and have a great time on a beautiful day. Saturday I went to So. Plainfield to hang out and drink with a bunch of board members and a softball game broke out. Go figure!

I learned that doing the slip n slide is not good for your stomach muscles 2 days later.

I learned that we had a never-ending aluminum tray filled with hot dogs with no buns.

Some stuff I learned:

- Walk out of the bathroom with two different mods in one day and people start making wild accusations!

- No matter how skilled a guitarist you are, if you can play "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" people will love you.

- Always hit to right field, (unless PanterA's lurking).

- I don't get Rev's reference to me.

- Dan and Irish Alkey were hilarious as usual.

- You can still get suburned even if the sun never really comes out.

I want to say thianks to the people who prepared the food while the rest of us played. I didn't meet too many new people this time, which is my fault, but I had a good time on the field with the kids on my team. Also, thank you to Rich for securing my forgotten t-shirt!
