HOLY HELL!! This is TERRIBLE! I usually hang with my band on Sunday, but I was too sick to go out today. That's the short story on that. Lucky you.

Anyway, As I flip around, I am BORED TO TEARS with the Sunday programming! What the HELL!?! I know that Sunday is probably not a huge ratings day for networks, but Christ, even CBS switched to an infomercial at noon! THey just gave up, and sold the time to an infomercial! And Comedy Central has been playing the WORST in old 80's comedy movies. Soul Man? FUCK YOU!!

And I'm happy the Miners in PA are alive, but the 3 big 24 hour news networks have been Re-hashing it since it happened last night at 3 AM.

I'm disgusted.

Sunday TV is for football only. So in the off season, we are stuck with complete crap. How many god damn times do I need to see the Ronco Showtime Rotisseri commercial? At least make some new informercials.

Hey Pootertoot, how much IS a Tivo? I REALLY want one of these things! Is there some sort of monthy fee to a service, or is it a one time fee, and that's it.

Tivo 2, which I currently own, costs a somewhat pricey $399.99, but considering what you get with it, that's fucking cheap. I, seriously, have never been happier with a product.

If $399.99 is too pricey for ya, then head on over to <A HREF=http://www.weaknees.com>this website</A> to get a 14 hour tivo supercheap. If all else fails, get one off Ebay.

Yeah, there's a monthly fee of 12 bucks (or you could shell out an extra hundred to get a lifetime subscription), but once again, well worth it.

While all of you were watching those midgets sell real estate, I spent my day watching Curb Your Enthusiam and Michael Palin of Monty Python on his travel show wrestling Camels for fun and profit. AND it recorded Batman: Mask fo the Phantasm, some Kids in the Hall episodes, some rerun Simpsons, etc. on its own because it thought I'd like it based on what I already record (oh, and it deletes its own picks automatically if it needs space to record something you told it to)...if I'm going to waste my life away, I'm going to enjoy it instead of channel surfing desperately.

damn, i need a Tivo now. 400 bux you say? i might be able to get then in 2 years. actually, i rarely watch TV, i have DVDs, VHS, CDs, Cassettes, Records, Radios, Stereo. I'm set. eff suday tv. eff it in its stupid ass.

DON'T GET ME WRONG! I NEVER try to rely on TV to entertain me anymore, but I was home sick Sunday, so I was kinda at it's mercy for a few hours in the middle of the day. I'm broke, so I couldn't even take my sickly, unshowered and unshaven ass to Blockbuster. I owe them a fine too.

But yes Cybersoldier, I agree that pretty much ALL TV has gone down the shitter, not just Friday through Sunday.
