You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

The guy in the cube next to mine just installed an ABBA screensaver on his computer. Music and photo's, the whole works. He's doing it as a joke, but I'm forced to wonder, how long will it take before a musak version of "Dancing Queen" grates on my nerves....
