Photosop/Paintshop Question

For all you sig pic makers out there I want to ask you a question. Like in some sigs they either move or they go from a picture to a diffrent screen with their name or something. How do you get your sig to move and still keep it as a gif or jpeg?

I make the images in photoshop then switch over to Image ready(Which is bundled with photoshop) to animate them.
I feel like the masked magician!
