well at least you got the balls to ask. my suggestion is to play the odds, for every 10 girls you ask you will get at least 1 number.

it's hard to meet girls, but searching hard makes it worse. they say you usually find it when you're not looking and it's true. good luck though brother.

if you want them to be fiends withy ou then dont ask them out right of the bat, just let them know youre not looking for a relationship of that type....if all else fails just tell them your a widower and your highschool sweetheart just died of anal cancer or something to that effect

CYBERSOLDIER - Being a 23 year old virgin is difficult if you want to be in a sexual relationship, but there is nothing wrong with virginity per se. For some people it's a good choice.

FATTY had a very good point that you often have to ask a lot of people out to get a date. It's hard to do sometimes b/c it feels like a rejection when a person turns you down. Just don't take it personally.

One other suggestion - You indicate that a frequent response from the women you ask out is that they're dating someone older. Perhaps you would have better luck if you asked women who were a little younger than you.
