Don't post spam. If you hae something legitimate to add, then add it, but don't just force yourself into posts for the sake of upping your post count.

I was working on a similar deal once, Coz. I was trying to up my post count, without whoring too much, no games no quick replies. I did like 53 'meaningful' posts in the 4 hours the show is on and it was exhausting. Good luck.

I don't understand the need to reach 1,000 posts that many members feel. Like others have already stated, if your posts are interesting you stand a far better chance of being a "popular" poster rather than by filling the board with drivel for the sole purpose of increasing your post count.

Just be yourself, and comment on what truly interests you. That way you'll be letting your personality be known, and the "almighty" Reef Regular status will come in good time.

I see all these people telling me back down , and take it easy , and go with the flow BUT NO! It's not for the recognition of having the 1000 posts , its not for bragging rights and its not for having people respect me. Im not going to post whore , im not going to "accidently" post twice. Im going to go to the message board post something if i have something to offer and thats it. I want to make 1000 just to put some competition in my life. I like doing bets and I like challenges as long as they don't hurt. I barely get any sleep so its not like im forcing myself to stay awake to post so i figured why not?
