OnA have a Half-life mod, why don't RnF?

Well they don't have one yet, but its in production. I'm suprised someone from the board hasn't made a RnF mod or even Skins for Half-life characters yet. It would be so cool running around as Ron and killing things with a cigar. I know people here are talented enough to do it. But why hasn't it been done yet. I'd play it again if someone did.
