I still try and fire it up every once in a while, but I just get the 'server down' message. Even when it people were rarely on it. Is it done for, or being re-tooled or what?

everytime I click that little messenger box on the right, I get the download message. I already DID!

So I cancel it, and I get some little grey box that NEVER opens anything. And the download didn't bring me to any set up windows, and nothing is on my desktop.

So what is up? I never even got to see an empty chat room.
