ok. . . run a search for an emulator. It is the program needed to run the roms (or copy of game). after you d/l the emulator you desire run a search for roms for the system you d/led the emulator for. I have an NES emulator and Gameboy Advanced one. I'm always playing either legacy of Goku or Mario Brothers 3.

yeah once you have the emulator you'll just have to open the rom with the emulator. they even have ones for systems as new as nintendo 64.

You might want to try this site to get started.

http://www.mame.net/

I actually built an arcade cabinet and put a old PC inside to run the ROMS. 1000s of games out there. Its nice playing the old school games.

There's a great site called Classic Gaming that has tons of emulators and a library of games for everything from Vectrex and Atari up through Amiga, NES, and Arcade games (MAME). Go http://www.classicgaming.com and poke around. It's also chock full of links to other sites as well.
