Ron & Fez WNEW status

Recently, both R&F have made little asides about the show no longer being on or being on in middays.

Don & Mike have an extension on their contract and Radio Chick has said they will be gone by the end of summer. Don is looking for apartment space in teh city.

What does all this mean? Will R&F go to late nights, evenings or will they even still be on the station?

From what they have insinuated, I would guess that they are just moving to a different time slot. If WNEW gets rid of them, it would be a crime.

Whoohoo! No more of her incessant ramblings! There is a god! :) I haven't heard anything about a change in the timeslot though.

I am so sick of the radio C. All they do is laugh at their own stupid comments. I can't stand that show. Believe me if it's funny the audiance will get it, We do not need to be promted to laugh by them constanly doing it.

Different people like different stuff.

Some people like Opie and Anthony. I imagine there must be a few people who like the Sports Guys as well.

If you don't like the Chick's unique comic stylings just don't listen.

We'll all find out if there are any major shake-ups planned at the station.

To the best of my knowledge Ron and Fez are an integral part, a fixture, of the WNEW family.

"Lady Fez's Ribald Stories"...Fez sits in a chair in a Victorian-style frilled ensemble while Ron pretends to be a lumberjack, a farmhand, whatever, and weekly he nails small girls while Fez giggles in the background. I predict a smash hit.

Don and Mike, more than likely, would take somewhere in the Sports Guys/Radio Chick spot. They want to be in mornings again, where they were before Infinity bought them out. They can be serious competition there, for their audience (except for NY) is as rabid as O&A's/Howard's.

Ron and Fez would more than likely either occupy the spot they're in, unless Don and Mike would run seamlessly into O&A, in which case R&F go to the 7-10 spot. Oh well...I'll listen to them anyway.

As for Radio Chick...unless she can turn the slump around, good riddance. There are only so many contests I can listen to on the air.

And I kinda like the Sports Guys.

They don't have a contract, it's a daily thing.

Every day they go back to Jeremy Coleman's office...Ron does lines with him off of Melissa's stomach while Fez gives him a handy. If Jeremy blows his wad and it misses the coke pile, they work another day.
