How about a Local Showdates Section?

It's obvious that the Ron and Fez audience LOVE music, and they seem really interested in the Rock and Ribs event.

So why not keep this interest in local music by having an area of the board where local musicians can post upcoming show for the board member.

A section for this would also help keep those annoying "come see my show at.." posts out, that pop up every now and again, and are quickly locked.

Anyone have some feedback on this idea? Good? Bad? Is there an area of my suggestion I forgot, that could make it better?

That's cool with me, I just didn't think that was for anything but show events.

Also, I'm not sure if people even know about that calendar. But I'd be willing to try it. I'll get back to a Mod about a showdate I have at The Krome in November.
