I always say "...for president" at the end when I talk about somebody I like.  Or, that if that person ran for president, he/she would win.I started saying "Fez for Prez" a long time ago and it kinda morphed.  Shortly after I claimed the screen name and started posting, somebody here made fun of it and said that it sounded like a brand of toothpaste.  It was too late though.  The damage was done.  I already had 13 posts under my belt and I didn't wanna start over with a new name. <img src="http://www.ronfez.net/messageboard/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/wink.gif" border="0" />

him.  I was fascinated by the faceless look of The Question, and

Mine is also from comic books.  Elijah Snow is a character from the book Planetary.  Which is a great, great, great comic book.  As with most comic book characters, he has powers.  In this case, heat reduction (i.e. he freezes things).

Years ago when I first got onto this internet thingie, I wanted a yahoo mail account. Of course I couldn't get the one I wanted with my name, or my second choice an initial and a name or my third, or forth choice etc . So I finally decided to take their lame suggestion of a name richg0404. Since I have a teflon coated mind and things tend to slip away, I decided to use that username as much as I could.Of course I used it here too, and after a few posts I got the usual crap about having numbers in my username and I realized how boring and dumb my username is, but since I already had a dozen or so posts I didn't want to change.Well here I am with close to 600 post and I still would like to change my name to something more fun, anyone have a good suggestion ?

Mine was inadvertently given to me by a dimwit that I work with. When the first Spiderman came out he told me that he was buying his kid the "DocGoblin" figure. I guess he combined Doc Ock and Green Goblin somehow. At any rate that became my gaming and Message board name ever since.

Mine was originally given to me by my pals in the US Army Infantry.  My first duty station, I was standing in my boxers on the fire escape, Barvarian Fest Mug in hand, screaming something at the people below.  Something like ...NERDS..NERDS..NERDS.  And it stuck.  Then when I went to WJFK years later, Dubs says.."So what do we call you?" And Ogre was re-born.  Albeit, a kinder, gentler, more sober Ogre.  But its still me deep down to my BVDs.

SmoothLarry - acutaly pronounced "Smoov" is an old high shcool nick name.  Larry is nowhere in my real name.I went to the Job Services office to apply for a job with UPS.  It was the kind of place where most of the applicants were unemployed, low-lifes, schwoogies, etc.  Not a lot of upper-middle class white high school kids rolling through there......As I filled out the App. I looked down on the table and saw written there "SMOOTH LARRY WAS HERE". It tickled me good for some reason, I laughed about it all day because it dawned on me that who ever wrote that was probably serious.  Acutally thought they were smooth, actually named Larry.The next day at lunch with my crowd, I got cracked up about it again and wrote in on the table in the cafeteria.  I retold the story and the name stuck. In certain circles, almost 20 years later, I'm still known as Smooth.......

Way back in high school my coach used to have huge boxes of Jujubees for the games since he couldn't chew tobacco. He would spit rainbow colors and when he went out to argue with an umpire, the Jujubees would come flying out of his mouth and stick to the umpire.

That's the story behind Jujubees but I'm not really sure why I picked it for my board name.

Several years ago, I decided to open up a seperate bank account just to save for vacations, kind of like a Christmas club, where I would make weekly deposits. My first initial = "G" and "vac" is short for vacation. Thus the name of my bank

Plug was concieved / derived from a fellow US Marine in 2d Bn, 8th Marines, B Company, Weapons Plt., 2d Marine Division. I was so skinny coming out of BASIC training and Infantry school. The nickname was so peculiar, it stuck immediately amongst my platoon and eventually, my CO and below addressed me as such. I had forgotten the funny moniker until a few years ago. Great story right? What makes it funny is that girls would call the barracks asking for Chris E..... but no-one knew who that was, but when Plug was requested, I got the call. I really tried to live up to the name. This was the first movie that I fingered a girl. There was an older couple right beside her and she opened up her little skirt and i went for it. after a few minutes of fingerbangin, the older woman beside her started sniffing like a blood hound and yelled at us after smelling her snatch. It was so fuckin hot I ran to the bathroom and jerked off in the urinal. I was too embarrased to go back in the movie. I will always remember this movie for that.

Well, my first name is Barry; so that part's easy. The other part comes from a friend of mine who is a dispatcher for the company for which I drive. He said the only other Barry he knew was one of the Mob henchmen in the movie The Client. That guy was called Barry the Blade. So he started calling me that and it stuck. Now everyone at work calls me that. I didn't want to use my full name on a board like in my email, so I chose my nickname.

it was my first email address... back in 1998 when I was setting up my first Yahoo account I started trying my name - to my consternation, every possible likeable variation was taken... so I got frustrated and looked around the room - I saw a paperbag ... again, frustrated to find that not only paperbag was taken, paperbag1 and 2 were gone as well.

I landed on paperbag3 and use it for a lot of things on the Interweb b/c it's just easy to remember everything that way.

When I was growing up me and my best friend used to refer to cum as skeet. Dont ask me why, we also referred to pussy as beebo. Anyway, wed also had a habit of just singing all different songs and putting the word skeet in for some of the words, something that constantly would catch on after others heard us, again I dont know why.

Back in the early 90's we were huge wrestling fans and I used to refer to Triple H as Triple Skeet. Always though it was a cool name.

When Lil Johns song first came out I literally got about 60 text messages. Every time someone heard it on the radio the first time, I got a text. Then when I heard Dave Chapelle referring to cum as "skeet" after that I was just baffled. I mean it was just so random.

Anyway, thats the boring as story as to how I got my board name. Dont like it? Blow me.
