Why do Ron and Fez (who do well in the ratings and have fans in NY) have to move to a less desirable slot to make room for two losers who already failed in NY for 2 years? 2-6 is much easier for most pple to listen too bec it's part of drivetime. Why do the Ron and Fez fans always get screwed

Don and Mike moving back to Afternoons makes sense for WJFK. That's where they have been most successful. Right now, WNEW is just using them and filler until the format change. At least there's a chance WJFK will air R&F live from 10-2. <P>

They said that they will be on mid-days next week and that the other timeslots will be "piped in" for the next several weeks until the format change takes place. A caller called up and mentioned Don & Mike, and Ronnie said not to worry, because it was just temporary.

WJFK just aired a commercial that Don and Mike are coming back to the 3-7 slot starting Thursday.
