Ok, this is going to sound weird but for like the past 4 days my left eye has been "pulsating", that's the only way I can describe it, off and on every few minutes. It feels like there might be some kind of pressure behind my eye but something is making it just like jump or twitch, and i'm not talking about my eyelid the eye itself. I would get it every so often and it would go away but never on a consistent basis like I have in the past 1/2 week. Do you have any idea what it could be? It feels like a nervous twitch more than anything. I hope I'm describing it well; it's really hard to.
I haven't had any vision loss associated with it but I do wear glasses. I was in the eye doctor's office just a month ago for a routine checkup and he said my eyes should actually improve and never get any worse than they already are. My father says he sometimes gets the same exact thing I'm feeling but his eyes are in pretty poor shape. Hope you can shed some light on this HK.
I love my sig.
Ive gotten that too several times but it goes away, could be stress

I've gotten that every so often for as far back as I can remember...I've asked several doctors and upon examining they just chalked it up to nerves brought on by stress, or more likely, a lack of sleep. No big deal.
Of course, they all made me take my pants off for the examination, but that's ANOTHER story...

I can't say it's stress because currently my life is quite the opposite of being stressful. I have, however, fallen into this awful pattern of getting to bed around 4 every night and waking up near noon time, maybe that's what's causing it because I've been feeling kind of tired as well. Whatever it is I hope it stops soon because it's annoying as all hell.
I love my sig.

I had that for a few days after I
suffered a severe eye injury
almost resulting in the loss of my
sight. It could be pressure, but I
wouldn't worry. Just make sure
you're feeling the actual eye
moving, and not just a twitch in
your eyelid. If it persists for more
than 3 more days, I'd have it
checked out. ...The good doctor
has spoken.

The Horde King knows alot, but for eye problems, you better ask Mariette Hartley.

JIMBO - In many cases stress and emotions and tiredness are linked to spasms of this type.
Go to an eye doctor to check it out.

I work for an
OPHTHALMOLOGIST, you didn't
say if you are seeing flashes or
shadows. You should definitely
call your doctor ASAP, just to get
it checked out. Have you had
your blood pressure checked
recently? Stress can cause your
symptoms, but not over a
prolonged period of time.
Good luck.

I didn't have any problem with my vision whatsoever. It has faded a lot now and for some reason has gone completely away for hours if I drink any alcohol lol So it maybe it's just the added extra responsibility that I'm not used to since my mom has been recovering from surgery and whatnot. I don't feel stressed out though. And since you work for an opthamologist does that mean you can get me some special rates because I don't have insurance right now. ;)
I love my sig.
