My question is what would be the best time to say your mom's box to someone?

Assuming I had one...

I think Lulu mentioned this before that it was the famous last words of Psycho Mark before he go fired for the Sex for Sam anal stunt in Ken Steven's office.

I don't remember it but I trust what Lulu says as fact.

You are right it was the infamous last words for Mark. And it was the secret NY only instant feedback when o and a first got syndicated to Philly. THere was a box on the bottom of the page that said it.

its an OnA reference.

before psycho mark got fired for anal on the boss's couch (also sex for sam, ironic huh?), his last words as a member of the show was "your mom's box." its been famous last words ever since.
