When I read thorough some of these threads that the newbies are posting on, I can't help but notice how they all runn together without the sig pic. I motion to the board that when someone joins up, they be assigned to someone who will make thier sig pic if they need someone to do it. I'm not saying they should be good pics, but something should go down there.

They shouldnt have to ask, they should be assigned a "boss" who would be responsible for running them through drills.....like a minicamp for the board. A month of learning how to qoute, post new threads, learn to spell etc and finally get a nice handsome sigpic. That way they show up ready to go full speed and look orderly in doing so.

Fuck it now I say before reaching Big Ass Veteran status, you should have to pass a vigerious week long course in which you must post for days on end. You will be graded on quality of thread subjects, if you place your posts in proper thread, speeling etc. Then in phase two you will be tested on making, hosting, posting different sig pics along with writting essays on the value of good posts and keeping the board organized andsome other stuff like math and biology
