I see this as a prequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. This is the incident which scarred Shredder for the rest of his life, making turtles the bane of his existence, so the turtle would have to win.

My theory: It's a snapping turtle, the young Shredder goes swimming, and the turtle bites his cock off or so hard it's permanently impaired, and Shredder is forever bitter over his turtle-destroyed weenis.
