What James Dig said is very correct, but sometimes in the darkest times we cannot see the help we are offered right in front of us.
I hope Frenchy will be ok.
For those who know her better then others, do not let her forget we are ALL here for her, in whatever capacity she needs.
I have had a breakdown before. It seems very dark during the brightest days indeed. From the times I have met her (twice) she seemed like a very positive person, full of life. I hope she finds that again.

'no more drugs' is definitely a good thing at this moment. the last thing you need at this moment is something mood-altering. you need natural highs. the kind you get from friends and life in general. i dont know what happened to get you all down, but feeling down about it will only make things worse. you gotta fight it, you gotta want to fight it, and you just cant let it get you down.

you will get through this, and you'll be stronger because of it. embrace those around you, because you wont overcome it alone. hope you get better soon.
