View Full Version : How Often Do You Change Your Toothbrush?
I use a new one with every new tube of toothpaste. Is this too often, or not frequent enough?

i'd say too often but to each his own...
:)
i change mine when the bristles begin to lose their firmness...i beleive it takes more than a tube for that to happen, but then again maybe not...
now you got me thinking, and that's dangerous...

I buy those fancy-dancy toothbrushes that have the colored indicators that disappear when it's time to change.

I always get those toothbrushes that tell me when i have to replace it. The ones with the the colors and when they wear down you replace it. I always end up replacing it before because it gets all messed up and ugly looking.

These fucking tooth brushes cost SO MUCH these days. What happened to a 99 cent one? I dropped 5 bucks on a brush once.
I hear you SHOULD change them every 3 months, and after a sickness. But yes, I change mine when it wears out. If that's gross, at least I brush.

How Often Do You Change Your Toothbrush?
Whenever my dentist gives me a new one -- which is like 2 or 3 times a year.

Everytime a new tooth falls out, then I know its time to get a new brush.

Change? Whoa .. .
My 2002 resolution was to remember to brush my teeth with bristly end of toothbrush.

I have the electronic one that you only have to replace the head part of it once every so often...that replacement though costs about 9 bucks a pop. But is worth it for is like getting a visit from the oral hygenist

5 bux for a brush is too much. but. . . I change mine like every 3 months, because all i have to do is buy a box of Toothbrush heads for my electric, and there are like 4 in the package. enough for a year

I asked my 11 year old son this question. He had a two part reply.
1. You're supposed to change your toothbrush?
2. I think I left my toothbrush in Florida last winter.
