1) The usual rules applying to multiple topics on the same subject will be temporarily suspended. However, anyone who feels the need to not take tommorow seriously will make this staff very angry. This includes topics like "Fuck Arabs" and "Kill the SandNiggers" which were instantly deleted last year. If you have a point make it. If you need to grieve, by all means. If you need to vent, go ahead. Don't fuck around with people's emotions, not tommorow. I personally was not affected as all of my friends and family came through ok but a lot of people were not as lucky.
2) A lot of people are going to be very emotional, but please try not to fight. We're just going to move the threads to Staff Room. People are going to disagree heavily on all the satellite issues regarding 9/11. Hear what they have to say. Not going to let tommorow turn into an excuse for people to act like animals.
3) If you are in need of someone to talk to, our moderators will be online to assist you. Feel free to post your feelings in Horde King's forum. We will be checking the board throughout the day and will be available through instant messenger.
4) On a personal note, please do your best to stay away from metropolitan areas, just to be safe. I have a weird feeling they might try again. Not so much a fear as it is an itch.
5) Keep the news flowing if anything does happen. This includes spy reports from the street, links to articles, streaming media, whatever is available. Fight fear with information.
I'm doing this because I have no idea what some of you are going through. I'd rather be melodramatic and available than the alternative.
