Who would win in a fight?

Got into an argument with a friend recently over two hypothetical street fights. The first one being Rod Roddy vs. Ed McMahon. Both have size (all bet it in different areas) to use to their advantage....tough one to call. The other is between Dick Clark and Regis Philbin. There are just too many factors to predict this one. What do you think?

Yes but Rod Roddy has all of those flashy sport coats. You gotta figure one of them is made of some sort of destructible material. And Philbin has had TONS of wrestlers on his show. Surely he's learned a thing or two from them.
