I don't know. I thought I hd sort of gotten my emotions in check. I was certain, that I would be able to handle whatever this day threw at me. But the closer we get, the less in control I feel. I can't sleep. I feel like I'm constantly holding back tears. I'm staying away from the TV because I know I'm not ready to see those images again. I feel angry, frustrated, sad. I don't know. Sorry about this sort of stream of conciousness rambling, but I really don't know what to say.

It's impossible to stay away from all media for a day.

After I turned on the TV yesterday and saw all the horrid pictures again, and saw that they were on EVERY freakin channel, I took a xanax and snugged into bed with my kitties and read for the rest of the night.

No TV for moi yesterday
