remeber rushing off to a stret by my house Blvrd east wich has a good view of the city...
remember seeing smoke
remember seeing the one of the most didifcult images ever engraved in my head... saw a plane fly into the towers
remember not knowing what to think
remember feeling nothing but lost and being filled withy sadness
remember the phone calls... whatever we could get through

Bravo...very nice. Though it may sometimes be hard, it is almost always good to reminisce and almost always bad to forget.

Are you gonna bark all day, little doggie. Or are you gonna bite?

i just remember the feeling of horror and helplessness of not knowing....what would happen next...if everyone i knew was ok....how i would react to this....i don't have much to say.

i am dealing with this in my own way. i have decided to leave the tv and radio off today. i couldn't handle it...i already cried twice.

A thoughful mind, when it sees a Nation's flag, sees not the flag only, but the Nation itself; and whatever may be its symbols, its insignia, he reads chiefly in the flag the Government, the principles, the truths, the history which belongs to the Nation which belongs to the Nation that sets it forth.
--Henry Ward Beecher

Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it.
-- Judge Learned Hand

Let every nation know,
whether it wishes us well or ill,
that we shall pay any price,
bear any burden, meet any hardship,
support any friend, oppose any foe,
to assure the survival and success of liberty.
--John F. Kennedy
