I waant ot preface my statment by saying that I listened EVERYDAY when I was a fan, saw the movie, rented the pay per views, and read BOTH his books.

HOWARD IS OVER. I'm pissed we're even talking about the faggot.

The main reason I like Ron and Fez better? I feel like part of the show. They use the callers SO MUCH, and it's great!

Stern's fragile ego would NEVER be able to take Instant Feedbacks from whoever wanted to send them it. He'd get a bunch of "What happened? You used to be funny" responses, and cut it off. And last time I listened, he took like 3 calls a show, and they were mostly from characters on the show ONLY.

Howard is on his way down. R&F are on their way UP!

HS is still on top of his game, he is a master of the talk radio format. R&F have carved a separate niche, one of the few that do not copy Stern, but compete on a totally different level. There's room for both of them, IMHO, they don't compete, but they both produce an entertaining product. <P>

Moe brings up a great point, he RARELY takes real calls anymore...he makes D&M's relationship with their audience look downright revolutionary. Stern only takes calls for the celebrity guests...

I listen to and enjoy both shows and they are quite different. Basically, Howard is up in his tower while Ron & Fez are amongst us.

I think Howard WOULD take Instant Feedbacks if he could figure a way to tie it into PayPal and charge us for every one we sent in.

I can't even stomach Howard Stern's show for more than a few minutes. I don't think I have EVER heard an entire show of his. I hate to say this, but he is a dirtbag. The way he treats women on the show is appalling and most of them are just down and out porn stars who just want some free advertising on his show.

Ron and Fez are human beings that have some dignity about them. They are comedic geniuses who are always funny. They can't even be put in the same category as this dirtbag.

from 6:00- 10:00 it's stern.

And stern's show is still good.

Ron and Fez care. This is what I get from the show. They care about their listeners and have sould. Not saying that Stern doesn't but Stern soul seems to be overtaken by his ego a little bit too much. No pun intended here either but both show are like night and day. How much audience participation does Stern have? Not much. It is just The Howard Stern Show. One person, yeah he has sidekicks but no where in the name of the show are they. Ron and Fez are more like a team effort. <P>
