You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I have put the wonderboy sound effect on my site for download get it at http://www.citydaze.com/wonderboywav.wav
I did it for my girlfreind who loves to hear it and now she can hear it anytime ;)
