In Billys speach he tells us that the show would suffer without him. That he raises the level of hilarity on the show because he is so great. And then tells us that we are happy to have him back. Never once did he apoligize to Fez. I will not attack a man for haveing problems, but don't use them as a crutch. Addmiting you have a problem is one thing but how about some follow through.
