billy needs to realize that his disease is a part of him, and because of this he can't blame it without taking responcibility for his actions. If he blames the disease, he's still blaming himself, he can't use it as a copout. He should apologize to fez, and everyone else that he's hurt (he should know this, its one of the 12 steps)
