I HAVE A BAD SUN BURN AND IT HURTS!!!!!!

how do i relive myself from the pain, especially at night

i just woke up at 4 am in pain :(

AMY - I'm sorry you're hurting and I'm sure you already know this but I feel obliged to say it anyway - Too much sun can cause skin cancer. Always make sure you wear sunblock of around SPF 30.

Noxema works a bit for sunburn pain. A couple of advil or tylenol can't hurt either. Unfortunately you'll most likely remain uncomfortable until your body can shed the burned skin and generate new skin (that hasn't been burn't) to replace it. Fortunately this doesn't take too long, just a few days.

You can still tan w/o risk of melenoma. Don't forget the sunscreen!

im kinda late for this but
amy youre lucky its just a burn and not sun poisening which is much much worse. anyway by now you should be fine. once in florida i got burned so bad it was horrible couldnt sleep at all
