Okay go to ebay and on the top you'll see a tab for buyers, click on that and there is a section for bid retractions. They explain the policy and provide a link to the form you'll need to fill out.
Good luck though, its not that easy to retract a bid......

First off retracting a bit isn't that difficult if you have a legit reason for doing so..

All you would have had to say in the quesitonaire as to why is that you found out the sale is a scam.. They won't hawk on you it just stays on your record for I believe 6 months...
