Larry David's HBO sitcom "Curb Your Enthusiasm" opened it's 3rd season two Sundays ago. I'd like to hear some opinions on what I think is one of only a handful of shows I find worthy to watch on television today. The opening season was phenomenal and while I enjoyed the second season their was a "drop-off." The first two episodes were promising this year and with the "Sopranos" lead-in I think the audience base will grow significantly (contrary to Ron's belief).

This is one of my favorite shows
on TV. It is the best! I can watch
it again and again. Larry David
is brilliant and I've never cracked
up more watching a show on TV.
Last year's "Uncle Incest Abuse",
"The Doll" and Shaq" episodes
were my favorite. It's pure
comedic brilliance!

Great, great show. It's a blatant slap in the face to the "Seinfeld Curse".

This will probably come as no surprise to most but....Larry David, along with being CO-creator and real-life inspiration for George Costanza was the voice of George Steinbrenner during the "Seinfeld" run.

You just wanted to use the word Critique.
That being said, this show is quite possibly one of the funniest shows on television. That it lost to friends shows that our only hope is a colony on the moon.

the show is great. i love the fact that there is no script and the whole thing is improved. the sheer quick wit of the actors is amazing. a comedic masterpiece!

I've seen about 6 episodes of it and i think its really funny. You can really tell the guy worked on seinfeld because the comedy is very similar, not that its a bad thing.

Best episode was Beloved Cunt.
The show cracks me up sometimes, but equaly it drags.
it needs less Seinfeld-esque
dialog.(yes, i know who created Seinfeld)

Larry David made history tonight..i think. As far as I know his is the 1st sitcom to deal with terrorist threats (post 9-11)..and he did it hilariously. When I 1st heard the words "terrorist plot", i cringed. Didnt think the comedy timetable was ready for it..but larry proved me wrong. The discussion about whether to leave town since they knew about the threat ahead of time was great improv. Especially when his wife decided she couldnt leave town because of a prior engagement...the look on his face as he pondered leaving town without her...amazing. CATCH THE RE-RUN. Youll be happy u did.

As sual, the show was great. It just keeps getting funnier. The only thin gthat irked me was the Martin Short scene. I don't like him at all, however I do find his Jiminy Glick show to be pretty funny. That's really neither here nor there, back to the scene. It was pointless. It was just a plug for the show. I guess Larry was just trying, to help Martin out, they must be friends. I thnk all the guests he has on the show are his friends in real life, Richard Lewis, Ted Danson etc . . . Wow, this post is all over the place.

"bathroom trick"
I knew that guy looked familiar. Turns out he was one of Christopher Walken's henchmen in "Things to do In Denver When Youre Dead."

It's ok. The Seinfeld content is evident, but so is the Woody Allen feel. I hate that squid. Mr. SHOW! Still the best comedy ever on HBO! Not even close!
Family Guy....come back soon :(

I love the show, my girlfriend hates it. It just made her really annoyed to watch people in uncomfortable situations. Personally, that's what I find funny about it. She's still cool with me though.

That was the first episode I ever caught(1st season).I almost pissed my pants.
I really don't mind waiting 30 mins for the"joke" to culminate.
Larry was and is the comic genius, not Jerry.
