Disappearing posts?

I have had this happen a few times where I write a bit in a reply and I go back the next day and it is cancelled out. Where do the opther parts of my posts go? I read the FAQ and nothing seems wrong with what I write they are just gone. Do I ramble on too much? Help me out!

Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago.
I posted a message in "Death Clock" and the following day it was gone. I did not bother to ask way. Oh, well shit happens...

i have had a few posts moved and recieved a very polite email about it. they could be in the wrong forum, or contain personal info etc.

any changes, deletions to individual posts do not get emailed to you...actions taken on entire threads will be emailed to you

Thanks all! I do preview just to make sure everything is ok and it doesn't look like and specific part is deleted, it just stops in the middle of a sentence. Oh well. <P>
