Why lock it? I say leave EVERY mean spirited thing open on the board, but that's me. This is not a democracy.

But if you don't like the kids and their Moms, then you are entitled to your opinon.

As I said in a similar topic, when you put your kids on a show as characters, you put them up to criticism. It's not NICE, but the world is not a nice place.

And personally, I can do without arguments on the radio all togehter.

We discuss it on the message board because it was a big part of the show yesterday. Secondly no one is judging the kids. They are judging the propriety of parents putting them on radio.As said earlier if you don't want your kids subject to public opinion then don't make them radio characters.
The parents can't have it both ways. If they don't want the heat then they should keep their kids out of the kitchen.
By the way when you were five would your parents let you call a radio station

Believe me, I KNOW better than to beat a kid up on a messageboard, but a lot of people don't. I guess I was trying to calm the fever pitch feel to the discussion down. I didn't want to see a HATEfest going on here for the kids.

Just because the child wants to do something, doesn't neccessarily mean that they should be allowed to. I'm sure, when asked, most children would like to stay home all day, eat candy and watch cartoons. That doesn't mean their parents should let then.
