in college, we played a drinking game called Chug Boat obviously based on the show. i don't remember all the rules but it kinda went like this

you pick one of the regular characters, each time that person appears - sip.

you also pick a washed up guest star, like Gary Burghoff or Charr-o, each time that person appears - sip.

each time a washed up guest star gets in a fight - sip.

each time a washed up guest star makes out/hooks up with anyone else - sip.

each time Issac the bartender appears - everybody drinks!

each time boat horn goes off - everybody drinks!
