A New Breed Of Male:

This could possibly be a regional thing, but lately I've noticed in the CT and westechter area and manhattan too, there seems to be a new type of guy. He's a breed I'm very intrigued with and have spent close to to years studying (one of my ex-boyfriends was one of them) I call this new breed: Homohetero Erectus.

This strange half breed is completely heterosexual but trieds to get the ladies through acting like a homosexual male. They practice the same grooming rituals (Religiously livign at the gym, waxing eyebrows, chests and other body parts, tanning, weekly haircuts and monthly coloration of tips!).

These are very social creatures. The preferred group activity is shopping or dancing in a trendy nightclub. When out to eat you can often find them noshing on salad or something else "light" to help them keep their girlish figure.

These men are all about the "labels" with out shoving them in your face. Their typical uniform is a wideleg (but never baggy) pair of Armani Exchange Jeans, A skinny black structure tshirt and some sort of black, funky dress shoe. Lets not forget their shiny metal watches and money clip.

These men are very dateable, but hard to put up with. They constantly are looking in the mirror, they often take longer to get ready than you do and they are chronically late becuase of all of their primping. It does pay off becuase most of them are gorgeous, but the vast majority of them know they are and act like it, which is in my opinion, hella tacky.

Be on the look out for this new breed. As I discover others I shall give you the rundown.

There is no confusion here... They are one in the same. The old guidos have traded in their Z Cavaricci's for A/X jeans...and have managed to adapt and evolve into what we know today.
They almost always travel in pairs or small groups and quite often originate in NJ.
Beware of this newly evolved species...Quite often they can be seen arguing with women on street corners late into the night.

Men are definitely becoming more and more feminine these days, and one can only guess the reasons why.

My theory is that with the divorce rate so high, many of them are growing up without a father. I'm sure many of you will jump all over me as some sort of old-fashioned neanderthal, but every child needs a role model, and if the only one they have is a woman, it's only logical that they'll take on her characteristics.

Reminds me of a "sex in the 90's" show on MTV where there were 2 guido brothers cruising for chicks in their van, they carried their wardrobe, etc. + it took them 2 hours at least to prep for "the kill" including tubes of FAKE TAN + meticulously spraying their bodies with cologne....I'm sure this trait occurs not only in the guidomaximi, but the homohetero....hopefully this is not off the original thread, but, do ANY women find tons of cologne a turn on?? Every time I jog thru the park past any practicing soccer team, I have to hold my breath, or else I have to stop and sneeze, and if I make it past that, I hurl

My theory is that with the divorce rate so high, many of them are growing up without a father. I'm sure many of you will jump all over me as some sort of old-fashioned neanderthal, but every child needs a role model, and if the only one they have is a woman, it's only logical that they'll take on her characteristics.

when is a man worried about all
that stuff? First he takes an hour
getting ready in the morning, now
he's going to take another hour
putting on his mud mask at
night?!? Absolute madness.
